Tuning machine sets
Only 6 in line tuners are specifically designed for left or right handed guitars. Neck headstocks that have 3 holes on each side use the same tuner sets as for right handed guitars. It is the nut that is cut opposite on acoustics, Gibson type headstocks and other lefty headstocks drilled with 3 tuner mounting holes on each side.
