All metal
knobs have a set-screw on the side for adjustable fit and non-slip
knurled or textured sides. They fit most pots on most guitars. They
won't work for the top of a two piece concentric knob, though. To
install on split shaft pots: Align set screw with the split in the
pot shaft before tightening. On solid shaft
pots such as Tele, you may have to remove the inside brass sleeve.
Loosen the set screw with an allen wrench and pop the sleeve out of
the inside of the knob. The inside diameter of all the knobs
with pearl tops is 1/4"- the removable brass sleeve inside reduces
the size. The appearance of each authentic shell & stone knob
