First Class International: No tracking, starts at $10.95. Per USPS rules: Maximum weight is 4 pounds. Maximum size is a total of 36" in length + height + width for a padded envelope of small box. Anything larger must ship Priority or Express Mail. This means something like a guitar neck must ship Priority Mail. Phone number required.
about Overseas and Canada Priority Mail: An automated email will be sent
from USPS.com or Stamps.com to show that the order is on the way--there is no
tracking once the package leaves the USA. The last information shown
online will be the date the package is put on the airplane. It does not
mean the package isn't moving. Customs fees: Each country has their own
laws, taxes and various other fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a package is not delivered in a timely manner, it is almost always because
customs holds it up. We have no way to contact customs or to try to track down
your package, however, in some countries, the postal service can get a limited
amount of information.
If your package doesn't arrive in a timely manner, please call or visit your local postal service, provide the Delivery Confirmation # you received in an email, which is also the Customs Identification number on non-USA packages. Ask them if they can help, and also ask them to check to see if it is sitting on a shelf at their facility. This happens fairly often, we think it may be caused by the recipient not be at home to pay customs fees when the delivery was attempted.
If the shipping address is incorrect: With this type of problem, the package is always returned to us, but it can take 2-3 months. We really want you to get the parts you need as soon as possible, so please double check the shipping address when ordering.
