International Ordering info: Please read this entire page before ordering-updated for 2012.
We ship around the world. $15 minimum order for non-USA address. Because of the extra credit card acceptance fees and time it takes to process custom forms, we ask that all orders shipped outside the US be at least $15 before shipping.

Overseas airmail: Least expensive for small items like screws and other small repair parts that will fit in an envelope-shipping charge starts at about $11. Arrival takes about 2-4 weeks, sometimes longer. Tracking is not available. Once it leave our facility, we are not able to answer questions about shipping.
Global Priority Mail orders: Shipping charge starts at about $18. Arrival time varies, usually 6-15 working days. Optional insurance is not available with this method except on large packages. Add'l charge for larger packages, over 9" x 14". Priority Mail shipping to Canada starts at $15
Express Mail with tracking: Starts at about $39. Takes about 3-6 days. Express Mail is the only method of shipping that provides online tracking. We recommend this method for order totals over $100.

All overseas orders are shipped via US Mail unless otherwise requested. There will be an additional handling fee for FedEX and UPS plus the extra shipping fee. A phone number is required for all orders. All packages and their contents become the property of the purchaser at the time they are handed over to the shipping/mailing service. GR Guitars is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We have no way to track a package once it leaves the USA. An automated email from USPS.com is sent to customer with Priority & Express Mail shipping. This will show the date shipped.

Online tracking to non-USA destinations is only available if you request and pay for Express Mail shipping-this option is available at checkout. Actual cost may be more based on package size, weight and value.
Custom forms are scanned during transit, but this information is not available to us. Overseas Priority Mail does not provide tracking once the package leaves the US. Checking a Delivery Confirmation number online at USPS.com will show the date the package was shipped and the date it left the US. After that, online tracking stops. Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, Custom's duty or fees. We do not ship merchandise as a "gift" on customs forms.
Before contacting us, please check with your local postal service to make sure the package isn't sitting on a shelf at their faculty.


Credit Card Orders: We use an address verification system, so we must have the billing address of the credit/debit card and will only ship to that address-we also require the 3 digit security code found on the back of the card near the signature line. Some non-USA banks do not support the address verification system-if so, we won't be able to process the payment. Customer will need to use a different credit card.

For orders over $500, International bank wire transfers are accepted. There is a $12 charge for this service.
