Our handcrafted, benchmade guitars are built in Washington State, featuring locally grown, logged, milled and kiln dried alder tone wood. The lumber boards are cut to length, joined and planed in our shop. The electric guitar bodies are cutout, routed and sanded without the use of computers or CNC machines. We try to source as many of the components as possible from USA companies.

Lap Steel Guitar

Built with the experienced guitar player in mind, but great for a beginner. In the examples shown, the alder body & neck is bench built from a single wood board, rather than the glued on "wing" style. It is carefully shaped, sanded & prepped for the lacquer finish. We use metal guitar frets instead of painted lines on the 24 ¾" scale rosewood fingerboard. The slab bone nut & Seymour Duncan P-90 pickups were chosen for their sustain and tone. Angled headstock with nickel Grover Sta-Tite tuners. Chrome 'string through body' bridge. Options include figured maple top, multiple finish color choices, such as clear natural, sunburst, solid colors, metallic & aged. Prices start at $650.00

SG730TG Fender Kluson style tuners 3 ply Mint Green pickguard & trem cover Fender vintage style 6 saddle tremolo bridge	Alder 1960's style double cutaway black lacquer over a vintage style 3 tone sunburst. Body weight about 4 lbs 3 oz before assembly. Bench made in our shop. The lacquer finish was first applied as a 3 tone Sunburst, then the black finish was sprayed over it. The underlying Sunburst can be seen where the top finish is chipped or rubbed away. A very few of this type finish can be found on originals-it is thought that they were painted over either because the Sunburst was not perfect or there were too many on hand and a solid color was needed.
